Terms and conditions of purchase, delivery and return
Orders are placed via the online shop or alternatively via email: email@example.com .
When you place your order in the Pepe Aromas online shop you are accepting the prices and description of the products shown.
Pepe Aromas will only honour orders received online up to the limit of available stocks. If the product is not available, Pepe Aromas will make a commitment to inform the customer in advance.
All orders placed through the online shop will only be processed after they have been liquidated.
Failure to pay for the order within 48 hours of the date on which it was placed will result in its automatic cancellation.
All products of alcoholic content, possibly available for sale in the online shop, may only be purchased by persons of legal age in their country of residence.
How to order?
If you wish to order our products, we suggest you follow these steps:
- When you find the product(s) you are looking for, choose “Add to Cart”. A preview of the cart will appear on the right side of your screen. You can choose the options “Close” (if you want to continue shopping); “View and Edit Cart” (if you want to make changes to your chosen items); or “Checkout” (if you want to proceed to payment).
- When you wish to finalise your purchase, look for the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen and select the “Checkout” option.
- You will be directed to the “Shipping” page, where you will be asked for the necessary information so that we can deliver your order, such as name, contacts and tax number. Our distribution partner obliges you to send a telephone contact to establish contact before delivery.
- On the same page, you will find information on available shipping methods and prices. Fill in the form and click “Next”.
- On the “Review and Payments” page, choose the payment method and enter the information requested. Before paying, please review all the order information, which is on the right side of your screen.
- When you finish your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, which you can use if you contact us about this same operation.
- After receiving your order information as well as confirmation of payment, we will proceed with your order. It will be delivered to the address indicated within 7 working days.
- As soon as you receive your order, please check if all items are in perfect condition and according to your order. If, for any reason, you do not wish to keep the received items, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and use the order number to better identify it.

Costs and delivery times will be communicated at the time of ordering. By placing your order, you accept these costs and delivery times.
The products will be delivered to the address given when you place your order.
The order will be delivered from 09:00 to 19:00. You must keep this time in mind and ensure that someone will be at the address indicated to receive the order within the time indicated. If you wish, you can indicate your work address or another address (family) that assures that there will be someone available to accept the order.
So that the order can be delivered, our distribution partner must have your telephone contact (provided at the time of ordering) to establish telephone contact with you before delivery.
When placing your order, please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.
As soon as payment for the order has been confirmed, we prepare the items and contact our distribution partners. Orders will be delivered between 2 and 7 working days.
The indicated deadlines may change due to strikes, holidays, staff holidays, restocking or other reasons, about which you will be immediately informed.
The shipping costs accepted at the time of purchase correspond to a service provided by Pepe Aromas or its distribution partners and are only for delivery from point A (Pepe Aromas warehouse) to point B (address indicated by the customer).
The shipping costs to be charged are found according to the place of delivery, mainland Portugal, islands or other international destination and the weight of the goods in question.

The receipt/invoice of purchase will be sent together with the order itself or by email.
If you do not claim your order from the carrier within the time allowed by the carrier itself and the order is returned to Pepe Aromas, then you will have to bear the shipping costs of the new shipment.

Orders may be cancelled at the customer’s request or by decision of Pepe Aromas.
At the customer’s request: the customer may cancel their order by requesting it from Pepe Aromas via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org) stating the order number, VAT number and delivery address. Cancellation will be accepted as long as the order has not yet been processed. If the order has already been processed, we will deliver it to the address given.
Pepe Aromas reserves the right not to process orders if it finds any inconsistency in the personal data submitted or if misconduct on the part of the customer is observed.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If, for any reason, you wish to return an item you have purchased, you may do so within 14 days from the day you received it. In this case, please contact us via email: email@example.com so that we can give you all the necessary support.
We will ask you to return the items to us in the same state in which they were delivered, without any sign of use and in their packaging.
Pepe Aromas does not accept exchanges/returns of articles with damaged original packaging. In the absence of any of the components of the item sold, or if any of them are not in excellent condition, there will also be no refund of the price or postage and the product will be returned to the original shipping address.
Upon receipt of the article/s at Pepe Aromas, and after verification that they are complete and in excellent condition, the amount corresponding to the value paid for the order (sales invoice value) will be returned, with the exception of the value of the postage, which will not be returned.
Pepe Aromas will reimburse you within 14 days upon reception of the article(s) to be returned.
The method of refunding the amount to be returned depends on the payment method used in the respective order.
In order to make a refund, the Customer must provide their account details (IBAN) to the email: firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can return the amount in question.
Items sent free of charge in the form of gifts or bonuses will not be refunded.
Shipping and banking costs associated with the return of products are supported in full and exclusively by the customer.
In the event that the return is the result of a logistical error by Pepe Aromas, we will proceed to collect the item, assuming the costs of the return, as well as the shipping costs of the correct product.
Returns will only be accepted when within the stipulated period and exchanges are subject to stock availability.
In case of unavailability of the product and/or stock rupture, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to a refund of the respective amount paid.
The refund is made up to 14 days after receipt of the returned items at our headquarters.
Pepe Aromas can do various types of promotions:
Online shop price reduction: when there is a price reduction on the items in the shop, the usual price and the special price are indicated simultaneously. If the Customer chooses the item(s) with the price reduction, they only have to put it/them in their shopping cart and finish the purchase. The price reduction is automatic;
Discounts with coupon: in the case of a promotion with a discount coupon, it will only be applied if the Customer fills in the field “Discount Code” during check-out.
Promotions and price reductions are not cumulative, that is, there can only be one price reduction per item.
Any of the promotions mentioned above will be subject to existing stock.
All promotions launched in the online shop may not apply to the physical shop.
The prices shown in the Pepe Aromas Online Shop are valid at the moment the customer sees them and makes the respective order.
All prices and other information presented in the online shop may be changed without prior notice and are always subject to existing stock.
Under current Portuguese legislation, Pepe Aromas is obliged to add VAT at the statutory rates of 6%, 13% or 23% for all products. All prices include VAT.
Pepe Aromas suggests various methods of payment:
– Bank transfer
– ATM reference
– MB WAY
If you detect any defects in the items you receive, the procedure is similar to the one described above (Exchanges and Returns). However, since it is a return due to defects, we will analyse the item and, after that, contact you. If the defect in the item is confirmed, you can either receive a full refund or a new item for replacement.
In the absence of any of the elements mentioned above (article, packaging) or if the anomaly is not verified, the article will be returned to the customer, in which case the shipping costs will be at their expense.
If you receive an order with missing product(s) you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to report it. Except for previous requests, all products are sent in the same order.
