Fig oil is obtained from the choice seeds of our prickly pears, which are carefully extracted, dried, sifted and selected.
The oil is then extracted cold in order to preserve the precious essential fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants they contain.
Certified organic 100%-pure natural prickly pear vegetable oil has a fine liquid texture.
The oil extracted from prickly pear seeds, prized by the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, is a rare and precious moisturising, antioxidant and skin-regenerative agent.
Due to its high content of vitamin E, linoleic acid, omega-6 and omega-3, prickly pear oil contains essential elements for combating skin dryness, moisturizing and revitalizing the skin, as well as delaying the aging process and the appearance of wrinkles. The amino acids it contains help stimulate the production of collagen and vitamin K is beneficial in the treatment of dark blemishes around the eyes and hyperpigmentation of the skin.
